Role Profile:

• • Create new satellite office in the South East 
  • Identify and attract local engineering and management talent 
  • Manage, direct and develop the team and maintain a positive ethos and attitude  
  • Plan and grow team to align with strategic objectives and manage organisational structure 
  • Ensure work is undertaken using ESL design processes and procedures 
  • Ensure team produce design deliverables that satisfy safety and quality requirements and are fully integrated 
  • Ensure team produce design deliverables within agreed timescales and hours  
  • Ensure team use appropriate standards, best practice and software tools 
  • Ensure project change for design packages is fully recorded 

What we require from you:

• 10 years’ experience working in a regulated engineering sector such as *Rail, *Water, *Oil and gas, *Nuclear, *Highways, *Bridges 
• Graduate or HND  
• Good level IT Skills
• Track record managing multidisciplinary design teams and projecta
• Experience building teams.

Where:

• Dependant on successful candidate. ESL are flexible.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience:

• Significant experience in regulated water industry 
• Track record managing multidisciplinary design teams and projects
• Driving licence & access to vehicle
• Chartered or working towards chartership with a professional body in engineering or management
